Exchange Group Recruitment Services provide a link throughout all our services. We recognise that an individual undertaking training is on a journey to new opportunities. We support this from the beginning of our relationship with many of our learners and work with them to develop the skills and confidence to become key employees within a broad range of industries.
Exchange Group Recruitment Services work with a broad range of employers who have identified their recruitment needs and pre employment training and skills requirements. We are able to customise training to deliver candidates who meet the recruitment requirements of individual employers.
Through our 'Passport to Work' programme we work to help candidates find jobs by matching them with potential employers. We also recognise that training is a continuous process and once candidates procure jobs we continue to help and support them with their training needs.
