Exchange Group operates a national network of Public Library based training centres which deliver a broad range of services into the heart of the community.
Information and Advice Services
Our Information and Advice Service helps individuals make well informed decisions to enable them to realise their full potential and move successfully into learning or work. Our services are available to all but we especially hope to support those who are low skilled, unemployed or considering changing career. The service is delivered by experienced staff who conform to equal opportunities practices.

All our centres offer drop in and use facilities. Whether for basic email or more complex projects, our staff are there to help.
